Switch to the Read Mode and the Ribbon collapses as do most of the tabs. This new view automatically resizes a document to the full window and displays your documents in easy-to-read columns. Right-click on any unfamiliar words to display a definition without leaving Read Mode. You can also click on any image, table, or chart to enlarge it for easier reading. Now, when you reopen a document, Word remembers where you were and lets you keep reading or editing right where you left off, even when you reopen an online document from a different computer or device.

This feature is supported in multiple views including Read Mode as well as Print Layout, the default view in Word. From Simple Markup, complex markups are hidden and the final document is displayed.

The Touch Mode also allows enlarging the ribbon by a simple touch from the user. Microsoft Excel comes with a Quick Analysis Lens to allow users to quickly access options to present data and create charts. Among the new features, the Flash Fill option simplifies reformatting and rearrangement of data in spreadsheet. With the Touch Mode, users can browse through graphs, and tables at a single touch e.

Excel 15 also provides improved chart animations and professional designed templates. MS PowerPoint 15 like other applications from the Office suite comes with a new Start menu which provides quick access to favorite files, attractive templates and recent items.
